While the above are all tried and tested in my classroom, on road trips or at home, remember that one of the best inputs we can receive is connection with one another and the earth! If you can, get outside, barefoot every single day, and see what shifts.

Any kind of noise making instrument
A rain stick ( fun to make different ones)
Things that crinkle, buzz, beep or snap
Also include items to taste and smell
Lots of textures and guess ing games.
I had A small tin. I put Items in it to shake, or smell or taste blindly.
